Initial Assessment, Therapy & Fees
Initial Assessment
We appreciate that deciding to see a Clinical Psychologist can be a difficult step for people to take. On seeing new clients, our aim is to help them to feel at ease, relaxed and welcome.
We offer a free initial telephone consultation which is an informal conversation allowing us to identify your needs. Following on from this, we will arrange an assessment session where we can explore the types of therapy that would be most beneficial to you.
Duration of Therapy
The duration of therapy depends on your needs. Therapy is a personal journey and the duration is a unique aspect of it.
During the first few sessions, we will work together to identify your treatment goals and the most helpful and appropriate way to achieve these.
Throughout the therapy, we aim to help you develop a better understanding of your difficulties, and to learn strategies and skills to improve your current wellbeing.
Fees
Fees vary depending on the service provided. Please contact us and we can answer your enquiry on a personal basis.
